During her travels over February vacation, Mrs. Paschenko stopped to tour Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.  Stevens is a small school that has high expectations for student admission.  The average student admitted to the school last year had SAT scores of 1190-1390 (critical reading and math combined), a 3.8 G.P.A, a majority of students were in the top 10% of their class.  Of the 4,095 students that applied in fall 2011, 39% we accepted.  This selective school offers 29 majors which include engineering, computer science and business.  If you are interested learning more about Stevens, check out the following link.
